Manufacture

As for any spirit, vodka is a wine at the very beginning. Barley, rye, wheat and potatoes mainly used as raw material. After the press process, the distillation will take place, mainly in a continuous way. This means that the material distilled is continuously distilled in an oven equipped with an alambic heating system. The alcool obtained is rectified to an alcoholic strength appropriate to consuming by using soft water, before finally being filtered. This filtering occurs on charcoal filter and sand.
